6 weeks after giving birth to baby Myles, I decided it was time to begin The BodySmith Plan in order to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy and transform back into a "Hot Mom".

My workout included: A warm-up using battle ropes, lat pull-downs using the stationary rope, dumbbell goblet squats, dumbbell hammer curls, dumbbell shoulder press, lateral shoulder raises, dumbbell pull-overs, flat bench reverse leg raises, and seated knee raises to work the lower abdomen.

My workout included: cardio at the Stairmaster, a variety of Pull-ups at the Chin Assist, TRX Rows, TRX Ab rolls, Front Squats into Landmines, and Sled work to exhaust my Quad and Glute Muscles.
